We need more Youth Hockey Ambassadors in our community, We need people in our programs getting NEW kids involved in hockey. Being a Youth Hockey Ambassador is not recruiting kids from other programs, but recruiting NEW kids and families to the sport of hockey.
Let's work together and help promote the game of hockey in our communities and let’s bring new kids to the rinks!

A Guide to Drive 8 & Under Participation for Your Local Association The Hat Trick Growth Challenge guides youth hockey leadership through national programs and tools to drive participation at the 4-to-8 age group. By growing hockey in this age group, programs will experience long-term growth as children continue to develop.
